The expert assessment of the construction design documents addresses the conformity check of the construction design documents or a part of it, in which the examiner is an individual independent of the creator of the construction design documents. During the expert assessment, the conformity of the construction design documents as a whole or parts of the construction design documents with the requirements is checked.<\/p>\n

Compliance with legislation, data identified for the preparation of the construction design documents, spatial plan, design specifications, economical and justified solution, as well as good practice in design and construction is also checked.<\/p>\n

The competencies of the O\u00dc Projektib\u00fcroo team in preparing expert assessments for parts of the construction design documents are:<\/p>\n
