The Raadi Rose Park residential quarter is a further development of the concept design “A Home Where Life Blossoms.”
At the heart of the project are small-scale apartment buildings that blend seamlessly with the suburban setting, offering private and comfortable homes for future residents. Rather than emphasizing size, the buildings convey a sense of intimacy and community. Their placement on the plots, the varied façade materials, articulated volumes, differing heights, and lush landscape architecture together create a diverse and engaging streetscape. The courtyard areas between the buildings are divided into private and semi-private zones through terraces and green buffers.
