Mustjuure is located at the intersection of three districts in Tallinn – Haabersti, Kristiine, and Põhja-Tallinn. The proposed building follows contemporary urban planning principles and integrates with the busy Paldiski Road street line as well as the Mustjuure residential area to the south.

The building consists of a three- and five-story apartment complex with an underground parking garage and commercial spaces. The commercial spaces are primarily located on the ground floor and can be combined into larger units if needed. The apartments are spacious and filled with natural light. Due to high noise levels, additional sound insulation solutions have been implemented to ensure a comfortable and safe indoor environment.

The exterior wall finish is based on three main materials – concrete, brick, and glass – with timeless materials highlighted by light-colored plaster. Horizontal lines emphasized by brick and concrete also serve as visual markers for the commercial areas.
