The planned site is located near the busy Tallinn Ring Road 11. The building to be designed consists of a three-story office section, which is recessed on the first floor, and a single-story warehouse and production section with a mezzanine level.

The building’s exterior is inspired by flowing lines and forms. The office complex features curved wall elements, spacious office rooms created with a glass façade, and on the first floor, bold volumetric orange lamellas set against a dark background. A similar design language is used in the production section, where orange volumetric lamellas with flowing lines are added to dark gray-finished SW panels, giving three sides a distinctive appearance.

The interior design of the building is understated, spacious, and modern. Light tones are used throughout, with yellowish furnishings and flooring serving as accents.
