The designed public housing is located in the centre of the town of Saku, by the Vääna river. This has also inspired the name of the building: Jõesilla house (Riverbridge house). The building stands where a previously demolished building used to be. It is modern, comfortable and meets modern requirements. On the first floor of this three-storey apartment building, there are storage rooms for residents and on the second and third floor, there are one- and two-room apartments. The exterior appearance of the building is modern and contemporary – the façade is adorned with eye-catching and durable composite facade panels To get cover from the direct sun, the building has been designed with sun shade panels. There is a parking lot next to the building.
